Cedar Road Primary School

At Cedar Road we are committed to being an inclusive school, providing the best possible standard of education for every child.

Principal's Welcome

A very warm welcome to Cedar Road Primary School.

I have been a part of the Cedar Road team for over 17 years teaching throughout KS1 and the Early  Years.

We believe all children have the potential for great success. We are a learning community that provides a very valuable and supportive environment for all.

Cedar Road is a successful school situated near Abington Park in Northampton. There are two classes of 30 children in each year group and the year group teams work very closely together to deliver a high standard of education, experience and enjoyment for every pupil. Everything that we do is based around our values of Aspiration, Ambition, Courage and Respect throughout our school community.

At Cedar Road Primary School, we want all of our pupils to feel valued, confident and excited about their learning. We therefore encourage and support our pupils to be the best that they can be.

As part of the David Ross Education Trust, we provide a wide range of opportunities and experiences for our children. We offer a wide range of enrichment opportunities varying from the Arts to Sporting activities. All of our children take part in a theatre experience delivered from our partners at the Royal and Derngate Theatre. We have had visits from Olympic athletes including Mark Lewis-Frances who took part in races with each year group on our school field.

I am very proud to be the Headteacher at Cedar Road Primary School and of our achievements. If you would like to visit the school or require further information about Cedar Road Primary, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can arrange a tour for you.
