Friends of Cedar Road
Who we are?
Cedar Road Friends are a charity that is created and managed by volunteers. They aim to raise funds for enrichment activities that help make to provide additional opportunities for the children at Cedar Road.
What we do?
Throughout the year, The FRIENDS have raised money by holding Summer & Winter fetes, selling ice-lollies during the Summer months, holding bake sales, raffles and non-uniform days which have enabled us to contribute towards new reading books, playground equipment, decorating, planting and much more. We also run regular second-hand uniform stalls, welcome new parents each year and have organised the Year 6 leavers' party.
Who can join?
Parents/carers of children attending Cedar Road Primary school.
What does it involve?
Any help is massively appreciated - you can give as little or as much time as you are able to. This might involve attending planning meetings, support with running events and helping to secure funding. It might even involve baking a cake!
How do you get involved?
